I've been working diligently away at some layouts and a mini-album for 'The Paperie's' March kit. It's a lovely mix of Authentique, My Mind's Eye and various kraft cardstocks. It was fun to work with lots of blue and yellow tones. I added in some red for a little something extra. Here's a few sneaks of what I'll be sharing next week.
After working on the first three layouts I took a step back and realized they were very simple-not that simple is bad. It's just a little plain and even M agreed with me. So, after some discussion, I decided to take it up a notch and try something a little different with a few of my layouts. So I went outside my box-a little sewing, stamping, embossing. It was fun to try something a little different!
I even managed to put together a little mini-album with the scraps I had left over.
If you'd like to see a full layout I made with the kit you can head on over to 'The Paperie's' blog today for a layout I made using the new Accucut alphabet.
Come back early next week to see the full reveal!
