Mojo Monday @ The Paperie

Hello & good morning!

I'm issuing the Mojo Monday challenge over on The Paperie's blog today.

I love an interactive page more than anything. I'm constantly on the hunt for innovative ways to include lots and lots of photos on my single page layouts-enter interactive elements. I've used accordions, turning circles, flip books, flaps-you name it. I love it so much that it's part of my new class starting this Thursday at The Paperie called 'Keeping Track of Life'. Each month we'll be creating an interactive layout to go along with a divided pocket page protector to chronicle our month.

Here's the layout I did for today's challenge though.

I tried something new-a waterfall effect with 13 2 by 3 photos.

Here's a peek inside.

I tied it with a little bow to keep it from flapping up and down.

And a few close ups.

In December, I joined a large group of fun scrapbooking girlfriends for a night at The Newfoundland Chocolate Company to learn how to make their delicious chocolates in a chocolate workshop. Yes, you read that right. We had a blast-even if we did have to wear hair nets- and frankly, there were too many pics to chose from and it was so difficult to even narrow down to these 14.  So, voila! There you go!

Have a wonderful Monday!

  1. That is a fun idea on a layout! I've done similar, but with Heidi Swapp memory files. TFL!!

  2. That's a great idea for adding lots of photos. I never did use Heidi swapps, if you make yourself you can use smaller photos. Great idea
