Back in June we headed to a food festival called the Kelp Market when we still lived in Ottawa and it was a yummy experience. I had so many photos of all the food and our friends selling their delicious wares that I needed lots of space to showcase them all. I made this layout after seeing a similar one in a magazine article. You could say I scraplifted it!
I pulled all kinds of pattern papers I had lying around to make the squares and added a few embellishments from my stash here and there. It felt good to use up some product! I have these little stamps that I've been using a lot lately as well. They cost $1.50 for the pack of tiny letter stamps. I have no idea who they're by either but I love them. That's how all the journaling was done. I love the way they look!
I liked how this one turned out. I'll admit that it's busier than my usual layouts but I enjoy it nonetheless.
Here's a few close ups...
Happy hump day! Only two more to go and then it's a long weekend here in Canada! Thanksgiving is this coming Sunday and in honour of the lovely day we get a holiday on Monday!
