It was a fun weekend. I scrapbooked of course but there were lots of other things that kept us busy. Here's a glimpse into our weekend.
If you're any kind of foodie you would have loved being in my neighborhood this weekend. The Kelp Food Market was held this weekend. My friend Cindy made some whoopie pies. They were delicious.

Andrea, another girlfriend, made these macrons. Also, yummy.
The Black Cat Bistro, Whalesbone & Murray's Meat were in attendance handing out delicious lunch items.
I had an amazing ice cream sandwich from Pascale's All-Natural Ice Cream. It gave me some ideas for a future treat-making event.
In honor of delicious food, M made us some seriously amazing burgers for dinner Saturday night.
I saw this movie. It was cute!
After a day of errands and cleaning on Sunday we had a BBQ and made Bobby Flay's french fries. I love them.
Here's a quick recipe for you:
*2 tbsp ancho chili powder
*1 tbsp kosher salt
*potatoes (we use sweet potatoes)
*1/4 cup cilantro
*drizzle of oil
Just throw the fries and all the ingredients into the bowl together and mix. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees turning every 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes. Enjoy!
